Meet Dovév Weaver, Our New Vice President

We are thrilled to welcome Dovév Weaver as our new Vice President! Dovév is a passionate serial entrepreneur, dynamic speaker, and mental health advocate.


A Visionary Entrepreneur

As the founder of Closer to Our Dreams, Dovév’s mission is to help individuals harness the power of their dreams. His organization aims to support 1,000 people in achieving their goals by 2025 through mentorship, hard work, and encouragement.


A Heart for Community Growth

As a proud St. Petersburg native, Dovév understands how crucial literacy is for personal and community development. He believes that books ignite imagination and inspire children to dream even bigger! Dovév is excited to work with CRC to help young readers discover the joy of books and build their futures on a foundation of literacy. “Books allow children to dream. The work CRC is doing will change lives in St. Petersburg and inspire kids worldwide,” says Dovév.

We are also pleased to introduce Chan Srinivasa, a dedicated leader in St. Petersburg’s public sector and now our new Secretary! 


A Proven Leader in Public Service

Chan comes to us with over 16 years of experience as a senior-level manager in city administration. His expertise includes strategic planning, overseeing municipal elections, developing policies, and managing significant budgets.


Committed to Community and Education

Beyond his impressive career, Chan is genuinely passionate about giving back. He has mentored students in the 5000 Role Models of Excellence program, participated in local initiatives like CareFest, and served on various educational committees. “Education is the backbone of strong communities,” Chan emphasizes. His focus on tech-driven solutions and history of uplifting residents make him a fantastic addition to the CRC family!



We're thrilled to embark on this journey with Dovév Weaver and Chan Srinivasa joining our team! Their remarkable experience and heartfelt commitment to education and community resonate perfectly with our mission.
